What happens at the end of my billing cycle?

In case you used credit card in you payment, your account will renews automatically at the end of your billing cycle. We will send you some alerts before your account expired. We will terminate your account after 30 days of its expiry date if there is no response.

What Currencies Can I Pay In?

All prices are quoted and all orders will be billed in USD. Most credit card accounts in currencies other than USD can however be used to pay for products in USD. In this case, the amount in your local currency that your card issuer bills you will be based on the current exchange rate. How Do I Place An Order?

You can place your order securely online using our automated order system by click in the "Order Now" button to the left then choose the plan that you would like to purchase and follow the instructions in the order page.

Do you provide technical support for databases?

MLC will assist you how to connect to your database and help you in troubleshooting database issues. However we do not assist you with building your databases.

What are the domain extensions which I can register through ?

The following domain extensions can be registered through : .com .net .org.info .biz

 Please note that webmlc.net do not register local domain names. You have to find a local registrant in order to register your local domain name.

What are the valid characters and valid lengths for domain names?

1) The English-language letters A through Z, and the digits 0 through 9.

2) You may also use hyphens (-).

3) Your domain cannot begin or end in a hyphen and you cannot have two hyphens in a row.

4) Spaces and special characters (such as !, $, &, and so on) are never permitted.

5) The maximum length is 63 characters.

6) Domain names are NOT case sensitive. You may advertise your name in upper or lower case or a combination of both.

What is a subdomain and how do I create one?

subdomain is a lower level domain. It is added on the left of the domain name, e.g. subdomain.yourdomain.com. It acts as an independant site.

Can I have multiple domain names pointed to my current website?

Yes, in this case you have to change your domain DNS information to reflect our name servers

Do I need a domain to host a site with webmlc.net?

It is not necessary to have a domain name in order to host a web site with us. In this case your address will be something like http://yourname.webmlc.net/. This address is called a sub-domain and is ideal for personal web sites.

Who owns the domain name if I registered it through HostStore.net?

At all times you are the Owner of your domain name whether you decided to host use us as your web host or not.

Do I need to change the DNS information of my domain name if I registered it trough webmlc.net?

This depends on where do you host your new domain name.

If you host your domain name on webmlc.net servers; we will do necessary changes for you.

If you host your domain name on other hosting companies then you have to change the DNS of your domain name to reflect the hosting company server names.

I registered my domain name through webmlc.net, When it will be active?

Usually it takes about 24-72 hours before it is visible to all users of the Internet.

This is because All Internet providers must update their records (DNS tables) to reflect new site locations.

How Long Does It Take To Open An Account?

In most cases it will take almost 2-6 hours but no more than 12 hours. You will be sent an activation notice by email containing your login information and everything you need to get started, you can begin to use your account immediately.

What should I do if I dont have my UserName and password?

Simply go to the Control Panel Login Page and click on I Forget my "login information" link, you will prompted to provide us your domain name. Click "Send" button.

Your login information will be sent to the email address which is listed with this domain name.

NOTE: If the account owner e-mail address is no longer valid, you will not receive the e-mail to change your password. 

In that case, please send us a support ticket describing this issue.
